Vi was my loving stepmom, the many things mom taught me was how to follow and love the Lord, I will for ever be grateful to her, I'm now passing this on to my son. No matter what mom's circumstances were she always belived that the Lord would see her through, no matter what and He certainly did.

My most cherished gift from mom is a framed needle point poem that reads" Not flesh of my flesh, Nor bone of my bone, But still miraculously my own. Never forget for a single minute, You didn't grow under my heart, but in it.

My favorite memories were when it was just the 2 of us going to the movies, shopping, visiting with friends and looking at open houses and dreaming.

She always spoke very highly and lovely of her family, I always enjoyed her stories of when she was growing up in "the good old days". How much she missed her father, mother & her brother, she is now in heaven rejoicing with them and Praising the Lord. Mom loved to sing, she would be in her element if she sang in the "Heavenly Choir".

A few months before mom passed away she would say" I'm your mother whether you like it or not, and there is nothing you can do about it!!" We would both have a good laugh. I miss you and will love you always.
