Norma E. Manford of Tacoma WA. was born in Sauk Rapids, MN. on November 2, 1929. She graduated from Falls High School in 1946 and married her soul mate, Charles Manford, on November 8, 1947. Norma passed away peacefully on May 6, 2016 to be reunited with her loving husband Chuck, daughter Roberta and son Wess. Norma was a devoted mother to her children leaving behind daughter Kathie Stepp (Ted); daughter Patricia Gilmore (Brian); son John Manford (Kat); and son Bill Manford; her grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister Jeanette Hickey along with her nieces and nephews. Her sisters Lucille and Patricia preceded her in death. Norma touched the lives of many and will be missed forever by all. A celebration of her life will be held on May 21, 2016, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, at the Holiday Inn Suites, located at 2102 So.
