Condolence: I was saddened to read of Monika's passing in the Bellingham Herald. Monika and I both worked at the Mobil Oil refinery in Ferndale in 76 thru 78 when I left. She was very sweet to me, and supportive even cleaning off stuff the guys wrote on my locker and taking me out on her boat. I am sorry our lives diverged and we didn't stay in contact after I left working at the refinery but I have very fond memories of her (we laughed and joked too!)and still think of her when I drive by the house where she lived at that time. My best wishes to all her family. Even though it may not seem like it now the grief will subside over time and the good memories
will remain and bring you joy.

Condolence: To all of you I would like to express my deepest regret for your loss. I met Monika at the Ferndale Refinery in 1979 where she helped train me as a Lab Tech. We kept in touch after her retirement, and were able to visit with her and Carl, and then Jim over the years. My love goes out to her entire circle of family and friends. She will be missed.

Condolence: we will miss you Monika and all the good memories from Baja and Lake Havasu years ago.
