Born in Wilkeson WA, 1918. Passed away at home in Puyallup June 8, 2015 at age 96. George graduated from Buckley H.S. where he excelled in track and field. After serving in the Army for 3 years he worked at Boeing for 35 years. George enjoyed his travels to visit family in Italy. George spent time tending his garden and enjoying his family. Preceded in death by his son, Rick, and brother Gino. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ruby; his Grandsons, Michael (Meagan), Jeffrey (Mariah); great grandson, Carson; daughter-in-law, Joan and sister in law, Florence.
Celebration will be held on Friday, June 19, 1-3 PM at Mona’s Restaurant, 6104 6th Ave, Tacoma
