Terry Ann Wood was born on Feb. 29, 1944, passed away on March 27, 2021. She was 77 years old. Terry was born at Renton General hospital. Terry passed away at St. Joseph Hospital in Tacoma, WA. Terry lived at Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community since 2018 until her passing.

Terry was a long time member of the Pilgrim Bible Church. She worked at the Puyallup Fair for many years, which she enjoyed so much. Terry babysat for family and friends. In her younger years she worked in the custodian field for businesses.

Terry's hobbies were collecting pigs and crocheting. Terry was a very kind and friendly person with a one of a kind personality and loving heart. She surely will be missed. We all love you.

Terry is survived by her brother, John Johnston, sisters, Jean Dobashi and Ardith Hutchins and sister-in-law, Georgina Capps. Her nephews, Diafullah Dobashi, James Johnston, Jason Hutchins and her nieces, Jamila Larson, Nadia Boozer, Elizabeth Lewis and April Capps. Along with numerous great and great great nieces and nephews.

Terry is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Wood. Her two brothers, Arnold Dewane Capps and Lyle Johnston. Her parents, mother Ruby Leota Henderson and father Henry Clayton Capps. As well as her nephew William Henderson.
