Obituary for Scott Livengood

Scott Alan Livengood, loving father, spiritual husband, brother, uncle and nephew passed away with his spiritual wife Donna and family by his side at the age of 54 years.

Scott was born May 29th, 1967 in Bremerton, Washington to Anna Lea and Alfred Livengood, who preceded him in death along with his older brother Michael Livengood. Scott attended Bremerton High School, graduating in 1985. Shortly after high school Scott joined the Marine Corp. where he then graduated at the top of his platoon.

Professionally his skills as concrete specialist were second to none and he took great pride in showcasing his talents. It is demanding work and he never shied away from a challenge. He was dedicated to his craft for most of his adult life and helped to shape the lives of countless people with his enduring art forms.

Scott loved all sports from football to golf and if you ever needed to know who won the Superbowl in 1977 Scott was the one to ask. He could tell you the score and who made the last touchdown for the winning team. If you tried to tell him he was wrong he would argue and show you it was the Oakland Raiders, and that Willie Brown intercepted the ball for a 75 yard return touchdown.

But more than anything, Scott loved being a dad to his three children Zach, Gabe, and TiAnna. Scott taught them every AC/DC song while they would take drives just to spend time with them. He had always cherished spending time with his children.

Scott will be deeply missed by all, especially his spiritual wife and love of his life Donna Humphrey; his three children, son's Zachary and Gabriel Livengood and daughter TiAnna Livengood; brothers Dean and Montgomery Livengood and sisters Leann Quintana and Tonya Ross.

Scott was a wonderful uncle to his nephews Philip, Jeremy, Jason, Dallas, Dylan, Nicholas, and Jonah and his nieces Linda, Cheryl, and Kristen, as well as several great nieces and nephews.

We will be having a celebration of life for Scott on July 4th 2021 at Spanaway Park in Spanaway, Washington.
