Obituary for Marilyn E Owel (Wallman)
Marilyn E Owel (Wallman), age 79, passed away peacefully February 3,2023 in Gig Harbor, Washington.
Marilyn was born August 5, 1943 In Beatrice Nebraska to George and Emma Wallman. Marilyn was employed by the US Government at various overseas embassies and consulates during her career. She was also very active in her community serving as Councilwoman on the Gig Harbor City Council and as a member of the Gig Harbor Film Festival.
Marilyn is survived by her brothers Louis (Judy) Wallman, Terry ( Sherryl) Wallman, stepchildren Kevin Owel and Carla (Paul) Inger-Walejewski, Grandsons Steven and Cory Inger and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband William Owel, parents George and Emma Wallman, brothers Rodney, Lawrence, Arlen Wallman.
Interment will be at the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Washington.
