Obituary for Carlo Mario Santelli
The Lord called our Carlo home unexpectedly on Monday morning, January 3, 2022, forty-one days shy of his 18th birthday.
Born on Friday, February 13, 2004, in Tacoma, Washington and named after his paternal grandfather, Carlo was a senior in high school and was looking forward to graduating in 2022. Fun-loving and kind, Carlo loved animals, gaming with friends, going to movies, traveling and hiking with family, hanging out with cousins, and so much more. He recently became an uncle and loved to hold and play with his nephew, Cash.
Preceded in death by his great-grandparents Mario and Dorothy Santelli and Lucy Wintermute, and his father Adam Santelli, Carlo is survived by his mother and stepfather Tom and Crystal Hite; sisters Kari Santelli, Clover Santelli, and Madeline Hite; nephew Cash; grandparents Nanci Santelli, Teresa Varnes, and Mac (Ronda) Varnes; great-grandparents Bud (Edie) Wintermute, McQueen (Juanita) Varnes, and Patti (Bill) Sconone; aunts/uncle Patty Anne Varnes, Marie (Tom) Carter, Dee Varnes, Ginny (Brian) Chapman, and Heather Varnes; great aunts/uncles Shelly (Shawn) Caskin, Carla Santelli, Nick Santelli, Matt (Debbie) Santelli, and many cousins, relatives, and friends.
