Obituary for Sherry Briscoe

Sherry Lynn Briscoe Born June 2,1950 in Portland Oregon, Passed away March 6,2017 in Gig Harbor Washington.
Sherry loved to travel and experience life. She was very creative with arts and crafts and jewelry making. Sherry enjoyed music, the 1960’s-1970’s was her favorite genre. She loved plants, and the mountains and beaches of the pacific northwest. Sherry was happiest in the kitchen, wanting to feed everyone, she taught in the culinary program at Peninsula college in the 1970’s.
Sherry was preceded in death by her father Chester Jennings Pulford and her grandson Kyle Chieftain James. She left behind her mother Velma (Bobbie) Short, Two daughters, Dnaydavina James, and Lillian Bussey, 5 grandchildren; Jonathan Jones, Matthew Jones, Jessica James, Emily Jones, Hunter Bussey, and one great-grandson Benjamin Jones. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
As per Sherry’s wishes, her body will be cremated and her ashes scattered along the Oregon coast line. Please celebrate her life as you know she would have enjoyed with laughter and happy memories.
